Traffic Schedule No. 2017-10
TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES
IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES OF HONOLULU 1990 (ROH), AS AMENDED, THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION SERVICES, CITY AND COUNTY OF HONOLULU, HEREBY ESTABLISHES TRAFFIC SCHEDULE NO. 2017-10 TO AMEND SCHEDULE V OF SECTION 15-7.2(b)(3) ESTABLISHING SPEED LIMIT–25 MPH; SCHEDULE XI OF SECTION 15-8.3(b) ESTABLISHING NO TURNS; SCHEDULE XIV OF SECTION 15-11.3 ESTABLISHING STOP INTERSECTIONS; SCHEDULE XXII OF SECTION 15-14.5(a) ESTABLISHING PROHIBITED PARKING CERTAIN AREAS; SCHEDULE XXV OF SECTION 15-15.3(d) ESTABLISHING OFFICIAL BUS STOPS; SCHEDULE XXXVII OF SECTION 15-7.2(i) ESTABLISHING SPEED LIMIT–10 MPH.
Section 1. Chapter 15 of the ROH 1990, as amended, is hereby further amended in the following particulars:
a. By amending Schedule V of Sec. 15-7.2(b)(3) establishing speed limit–25 mph by adding thereto the following items:
"Kaihanupa St., for its entire length."
"Kaihawanawana St., for its entire length."
"Kaiheenalu St., for its entire length."
"Kaiikuwa St., for its entire length."
"Kaikauhaa St., for its entire length."
"Kaileonui St., for its entire length."
"Kailoa St., for its entire length."
"Kaipuhinehu St., for its entire length."
"Laipu St., for its entire length."
"Moea St., for its entire length."
"Moha St., for its entire length."
b. By amending Schedule XI of Sec. 15-8.3(b) establishing no turns by adding thereto the following item:
"Moanalua Rd. No "U" turn from Moanalua Rd. at Kaahumanu St. in the east bound direction."
c. By amending Schedule XIV of Sec. 15-11.3 establishing stop intersections in the following particulars:
1. By adding thereto the following items:
"Ahakapu St. addresses at 2372, 2374, 2376 & 2378-Ahakapu St. Traffic on the Ahakapu St. addresses at 2372, 2374, 2376 & 2378 shall stop before entering Ahakapu St."
"Ahamoa St. addresses at 2330, 2332 & 2334-Ahamoa St. Traffic on the Ahamoa St. addresses at 2330, 2332 & 2334 shall stop before entering Ahamoa St."
"Apoepoe Pl-Apoepoe St. Traffic on Apoepoe Pl. shall stop before entering Apoepoe St."
"Apoepoe St. addresses at 2218, 2220, 2222 & 2226-Apoepoe St. Traffic on the Apoepoe St. addresses at 2218, 2220, 2222 & 2226 shall stop before entering Apoepoe St."

e. By amending Schedule XXV of Sec. 15-15.3(d) establishing official bus stops by amending thereto the following item:
Kamehameha IV Road, Koko Head side, distance 156′ makai direction from a point 35′ makai of the private driveway of 1929 Kamehameha IV Rd. (Kaewai Elementary School); to read:
"Kamehameha IV Road., Koko Head side, distance 150′ mauka direction from a point 40′ mauka of the mauka curb prolongation of Kilolani Pl."
f. By amending Schedule XXXVII of Sec. 15-7.2(i) establishing speed limit–10 mph by adding thereto the following item:
"Waikane Valley Rd., for its entire length."
Section 2. This schedule is hereby attached to and made a part of Article VI hereof and shall take effect ten (10) working days after its publication.
