The Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation (HART) is seeking goods and services for the Honolulu Rail Transit Project’s Passenger WiFi System.
Sealed submittals in response to this Request for Sealed Bids are due no later then 2:00 p.m. HST, February 18, 2020 at the HART Project Office, 1099 Alakea Street, Suite 1700, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813.
