LAND & NATURAL RESOURCES STATE HISTORIC PRESERVATION DIVISION EXEMPT POSITION Kapolei, Oahu STATE HISTORIC PRESERVATION SYSTEMS MANAGER Salary: Commensurate with education and experience. This position is responsible for developing an information systems strategic plan for the State Historic Preservation Division, assessing the current system and workflows, defining system requirements, identifying alternatives, defining the system design, conducting requests for proposal processes as necessary, overseeing consultants and vendors to ensure successful development and implementation of the system, providing training and user materials to staff on the system and troubleshooting problems identified by staff. This position is also responsible for the development and maintenance of the SHPD’s network, intranet, internet and website. Provides planning, systems analysis, design, development, enhancement, maintenance, guidance and other technical support services for departmental WAN-based database application systems. Works closely with the Historic Preservation GIS Specialist and performs other duties as assigned. MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: A.
