Notice of Public Hearing on Proposed Land Use within the Conservation District
The Department of Land and Natural Resources (DLNR), State of Hawai’i, pursuant to Section §13-5-40, Hawai’i Administrative Rules (HAR), will hold a public hearing in Honolulu, County of Honolulu on:
Wednesday, September 23, 2026, at 5:15 pm
at the Kalanimoku Building, 1151 Punchbowl Street, Room 132,
Honolulu, Hawai’i 96813
to receive testimony on Conservation District Use Application (CDUA) OA-3997 for the 3D Printed Concrete REEFrame Project, Located near the ‘Apuakehau Channel, off of Waikiki Beach, Honolulu, O’ahu makai of PLATs: (1) 2-6-005, (1) 2-6-004, & (1) 2-6-002.
A copy of the CDUA is available for inspection at: The Office of Conservation and Coastal Lands, located at the Kalanimoku Building Room 131, 1151 Punchbowl Street in Honolulu, at the Waikiki-Kapahulu Public Library and online at the Office of Conservation and Coastal Lands website at https://dlnr.hawaii.gov/occl/current-applications/.

If a response is received after this, we will try to obtain the auxiliary aid/ service or accommodation, but we cannot guarantee that the request will be fulfilled.
