The Agency has received certificate of need application #25-12 for standard review from Mana Recovery, LLC for the establishment of a 12 bed Special Treatment Facility at 22 Waimahaihai Street, Kihei, HI, at a capital cost of $2,176,600. The Tri-Isle Subarea Health Planning Council review meeting is scheduled as follows: July 10, 2026, 12:00 p.m. at University of Hawaii Maui College, 310 W. Kaahumanu Ave., Noii Building, Room 201, Kahului, Hawaii. Please write to the Agency if you wish to present testimony at 1177 Alakea Street, Room 402, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813.
