NOTICE OF HEARING

YOU ARE NOTIFIED that the Taxation Board of Review will conduct a hearing in accordance with Hawaii Revised Statutes (hereinafter “HRS”) Chapters 91 and 232 on the Notice of Appeal dated December 21, 2007 submitted by you, appealing the assessment of general excise tax, county surcharge, and net income tax for the tax years ending from December 31, 2003 to August 31, 2007. The statutes involved are HRS §§ 231-13(6), 237-20, 237-8.6, 235-102, 231-39(b)(1), 231-39(b)(4), 232-7(d), and 91-10(5).
The HEARING will be conducted on March 12, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. virtually, either by ZOOM or by teleconference.
