Notice of Public Hearing

The Hawaii Housing Finance and Development Corporation (HHFDC), State of Hawaii, will hold a statewide public hearing to accept comments on the existing Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) of the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program (LIHTC) and proposed amendments.

The proposed QAP is to be effective for 2025.

All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and to state their views relative to the QAP, either orally or in writing. Those wishing to comment on the QAP during the conference call, are requested to give prior notice to HHFDC by sending an email to hhfdcapplications@hawaii.gov no later than 4:30 PM HST the day before the hearing. HHFDC reserves the right to limit comments to 10 minutes per commentator. Those wishing to submit written comments should do so by sending them to the Hawaii Housing Finance and Development Corporation at the email address shown above.
