NOTICE TO MOTORISTS

The City and County of Honolulu will convert the intersection of Iolani Avenue, Alapai Street, and Prospect Street into an “All-Way Stop” controlled intersection. Motorists are cautioned to obey the existing and newly installed traffic control devices.

The traffic control devices will be installed by the end of December 2023.
