COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT – CORONAVIRUS (CDBG-CV) PROGRAM
Pursuant to the City and County of Honolulu’s (City) Citizen Participation Plan, the proposed reprogramming of Community Development Block Grant – Coronavirus (CDBG-CV) funds is provided for your information. The City desires to reprogram CDBG-CV funds to a project that can utilize the funds immediately, in order to achieve CDBG-CV program goals more efficiently and expediently. The proposed revisions to the programs are provided for your information and use.

Department of Budget and Fiscal Services – Program Administration
Project Description: Provision of grant funds for the administration of City HUD-funded programs.
