NOTICE OF DISPOSITION OF
IMPOUNDED VESSEL

Notice is given that the following vessels: Item No. 2312, “PRINCESS MOANA”, Doc. No. 1205336, a 77′ sunken steel powerboat; Item No. 2317, “RUBICANTO”, Reg. No. HA 0942 C, a 28′ fiberglass sailing vessel; Item No. 2318, “BLUE LADY”, Reg. No. HA 7796 C, a 26′ fiberglass sailing vessel.
Item No. 2312, 2317, 2318; have been impounded by the Department of Land and Natural Resources, Division of Boating and Ocean Recreation, 4 Sand Island Access Road, Honolulu, Hawaii, 96819.
Vessel Item No.; 2312, 2317, and 2318 shall be disposed of as junk pursuant to Section 200-16, 200-48, and 200-49, Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS). The person(s) entitled to possession may repossess and remove same prior to November 22, 2023 upon payment of all harbor use fees and impound related expenses incurred in connection with this vessel.
An owner of personal property on or within this impounded vessel may claim their personal property by making a written request to the Administrator of the Division of Boating & Ocean Recreation that includes satisfactory proof of ownership. Any personal property valued at less than $1,000.00 on or within this impounded vessel not claimed by November 22, 2023 shall be disposed of as junk. This vessel is under the custody of the Department of Land and Natural Resources. Trespassing is prohibited.
