REQUEST FOR SURFACE WATER QUALITY DATA
FOR THE 2024 INTEGRATED REPORT

Under §303(d) and §305(b) of the Federal Clean Water Act, the State of Hawaii Department of Health (HIDOH) Clean Water Branch (CWB) requests water quality data for consideration in the current listing cycle for the 2024 Integrated Report. Any persons/organizations/agencies that have data and information on the quality of State waters in Hawaii from November 2021 to September 2023 are encouraged to submit these documents. Documents should include contact information for the person(s), organization(s), or agency responsible for the data collection and be submitted to the HIDOH CWB no later than October 4, 2023. Any data received after this date will be considered during the next listing cycle for the 2026 Integrated Report.
