I, Jade K. Fountain-Tanigawa, County Clerk of the County of Kaua’i, do hereby certify that the following Charter Amendments were duly adopted by a majority of the votes cast on the questions at the General Election held on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, in the County of Kaua’i:

RELATING TO PROSECUTOR VACANCY
“Shall the County Charter be amended to require that future elections for Prosecuting Attorney occur at the same time as the County’s regularly scheduled elections?”
