NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to Sections 183-12, HRS, and 195-04, HRS DLNR hereby provides notice of public hearing on Kauai for the proposed additions to Forest Reserves. The hearing will also receive comments on proposed amendments to the NARS rules.
1. Addition of Tax Map Keys (4) 4-4-001:002,
(4) 5-4-002:026, (4) 5-6-002:001 to designate as Forest Reserves
2. Updates to the NARS rules
DLNR will hold the public hearing at 6:00 pm, January 19, 2023, in person at the Purple Heart Conference Room, Kauai Veteran’s Center, 3215 Kapule Hwy, Lihue, HI 96766.
All interested persons are urged to attend the public hearing to present relevant information and individual opinion for the DLNR to consider. Proposals, maps, online commenting, and instructions for mail-in or
