YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the State of Hawaii, by its Attorney General, the Plaintiff herein, has commenced proceedings in eminent domain against you in the above-entitled Court, Civil No. 1CCV-21-0001244, and has prayed that this Court vest in the Plaintiff title to Parcel 1, 300 square feet, or 0.007 acre, portion of Tax Map Key No. (1) 6-8-006-010 (por.), the same being a portion of Parcel 2-B of Royal Patent Grant No. 261 to Keliihuluhulu (Kealiihuluhulu), situate at Mokuleia, District of Waialua, City and County of Honolulu, State of Hawai’i,
Parcel 4, 800 square feet, or 0.018 acre, portion of Tax Map Key No. (1) 6-8-006-010 (por.), the same being a portion of Parcel 2-B of Royal Patent Grant No. 239 to Peter I. Gulick, situate at Mokuleia, District of Waialua, City and County of Honolulu, State of Hawai’i, and Parcel 7, 184 square feet, or 0.004 acre, portion of Tax Map Key No. (1) 6-8-006-010 (por.), the same being a portion of Parcel 2-B of Royal Patent Grant No. 239 to Peter I. Gulick, situate at Mokuleia, District of Waialua, City and County of Honolulu, State of Hawai’i, in fee simple absolute, free and clear of all liens and encumbrances, including any and all improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging, all by final order of condemnation for drainage maintenance, preservation, and protection of a public highway, to wit: Farrington Highway, Project No. STP-0930-1 (006), Map Showing Parcels 1 to 9 inclusive, Mokuleia and Kamananui, Waialua, Island of Oahu, Hawaii.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED and required to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable JOHN M.
