TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES
IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES OF HONOLULU 1990 (ROH), AS AMENDED, THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION SERVICES, CITY AND COUNTY OF HONOLULU, HEREBY ESTABLISHES TRAFFIC SCHEDULE NO. 2022-4 TO AMEND SCHEDULE IV OF SECTION 15-7.2(a)(2) ESTABLISHING SPEED LIMIT–15 MPH; SCHEDULE V OF SECTION 15-7.2(b)(3) ESTABLISHING SPEED LIMIT–25 MPH; SCHEDULE XI OF SECTION 15-8.3(b) ESTABLISHING NO TURNS; SCHEDULE XIII OF SECTION 15-11.2(c) ESTABLISHING YIELD RIGHT-OF-WAY; SCHEDULE XIV OF SECTION 15-11.3 ESTABLISHING STOP INTERSECTIONS; SCHEDULE XVI OF SECTION 15-13.4(a) ESTABLISHING RESERVED PARKING STALLS; SCHEDULE XXII OF SECTION 15-14.5(a) ESTABLISHING PROHIBITED PARKING CERTAIN AREAS; SCHEDULE XXIII OF SECTION 15-14.5(b) ESTABLISHING PROHIBITED PARKING LOADING/UNLOADING; SCHEDULE XXXVIII OF SECTION 15-24.17 ESTABLISHING MISCELLANEOUS TRAFFIC CONTROLS.
Section 1. Chapter 15 of the ROH 1990, as amended, is hereby further amended in the following particulars:
a. By amending Schedule IV of Section 15-7.2(a)(2) establishing speed limit-15 mph by adding thereto the following item:
“Ke Iki Road, for its entire length.”
b. By amending Schedule V of Sec. 15-7.2(b)(3) establishing speed limit-25 mph by adding thereto the following items:
“Uhaloa St., for its entire length.”
“Puanane Lp., for its entire length”
“Waipaa St., for its entire length.”
“Waihoano St., for its entire length.”
“Kailipolipo St., for its entire length.”
“Waiaama St., for its entire length.”
c. By amending Schedule XI of Sec. 15-8.3(b) establishing no turns by adding thereto the following particulars:
1. By adding thereto the following items:
“Papipi Rd., No left turn from the northern most driveway of Ewa Beach Elementary School at 91-740 Papipi Rd., 7:30 am to 8:00 am and 12:40 pm to 2:30 pm school days only.”
“Papipi Rd., No left turn from the southern most driveway of Ewa Beach Elementary School at 91-740 Papipi Rd., 7:30 am to 8:00 am and 12:40 pm to 2:30 pm school days only.”
“Park Row. No “U” turn from Park Row at Malako St. from the northbound direction to the southbound direction.”
2. By amending thereto the following items:
Park Row. No “U” turn from Park Row at Nale St. from the north bound direction to the south bound direction; to read:
“Park Row. No “U” turn from Park Row at Nale St. in both directions.”
d. By amending Schedule XIII of Sec. 15-11.2(c) establishing yield right-of-way by adding thereto the following item:
“Kaiwawalo St. – Waiemi St. Northbound traffic on Kaiwawalo St. shall yield the right-of-way to traffic in the roundabout.”
“Kaiwawalo St.- Waiemi St. Southbound traffic on Kaiwawalo St. shall yield the right-of-way to traffic in the roundabout.”
e. By amending Schedule XIV of Sec. 15-11.3 establishing stop intersections by adding thereto
the following items:
“Unnamed roadway at 45-1036 Wailele Rd., traffic on unnamed road shall stop before entering Wailele Rd.”
“Keaalau Pl-Kaneohe Bay Dr., traffic on Keaalau Pl. shall stop before entering Kaneohe Bay Dr.”

i. By amending Schedule XXXVIII of Sec. 15-24.17 establishing miscellaneous traffic controls by adding thereto the following items:
“Walker Ave., 1 anti-speed hump from the western curb prolongation of Pine St. along the centerline of Walker Ave. in the westerly direction.
No. 1 ……….35 feet.”
“Hoomoana St., West bound traffic in the northern most lane, must turn right at Waimano Home Rd.”
“Hapuku St., North bound traffic must turn left at Uhaloa St.”
“Kanaloa St., North bound traffic must turn left at Uhaloa St.”
“Uhaloa St., East bound traffic must turn right at Hapuku St.”
Section 2. This schedule is hereby attached to and made a part of Article VI hereof and shall take effect ten (10) working days after its publication.
