Public Notice of Intent to File Application
The Department of Hawaiian Home Lands (DHHL) intends to file an application for federal financial assistance with the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Rural Development, Rural Utilities Service. The project entails construction of water distribution and wastewater collection for the DHHL East Kapolei IIB subdivision (now called Ka’uluokaha’i). The Department is filing an application for funding through USDA for $3,701,000.00 to include grant and loan funds.
