PRESIDENT & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Seeking a dynamic President and Chief Executive Officer (PCEO) with a graduate level education or equivalent and at least 15 years of progressive senior level healthcare executive, administrative, and leadership experience. FACHE Board certification preferred. Successful candidate will have solid knowledge of large healthcare systems; the ability to collaborate and cultivate effective relationships with strategic partners including government officials; strong fiscal accountability and financial management; and excellent skills in working with a Board of Directors. Ability to provide administrative healthcare leadership and guidance of a multi-hospital and multi-regional healthcare system comprised of Acute Care Hospitals, Long Term Care facilities, Critical Access Hospitals, multiple outpatient clinics, and affiliated entities and foundations. The PCEO is responsible for the total operation and management of the Corporate Office on a daily basis. The PCEO provides corporate leadership to ensure positive operational performance with achievement of high quality economical health care services for 9 facilities in 4 regions.
