NOTICE OF HEARING

TO: WESLEY F. TOMLINSON, individually and doing business as ISLAND AUTO EXCHANGE:

YOU ARE NOTIFIED that the Motor Vehicle Industry Licensing Board will conduct a hearing in cases MVI 2021-13-L, MVI 2021-17-L, MVI 2021-31-L, MVI 2021-48-L, MVI 2021-50-L, MVI 2021-55-L, MVI 2021-57-L, and MVI 2021-63-L in accordance with Hawaii Revised Statutes (hereinafter “HRS”) Chapters 91, 436B, and 437 to determine whether or not WESLEY F. TOMLINSON’s motor vehicle dealer license should be revoked, suspended, or otherwise disciplined, and, whether monetary fines and any other relief authorized by law, should be imposed. The Petitions for Disciplinary Action Against Motor Vehicle Dealer License in cases MVI 2021-13-L, MVI 2021-17-L, MVI 2021-31-L, MVI 2021-48-L, MVI 2021-50-L, MVI 2021-55-L, and MVI 2021-57-L, filed with the Office of Administrative Hearings (hereinafter “OAH”) on or about October 1, 2021, and the Petition for Disciplinary Action Against Motor Vehicle Dealer License in case MVI 2021-63-L, filed with the OAH on or about October 13, 2021, allege violations of the provisions of HRS Chapters 436B and 437. Petitioner’s Ex Parte Motion to Consolidate Cases MVI 2021-17-L, MVI 2021-31-L, MVI 2021-48-L, MVI 2021-50-L, MVI 2021-55-L, and MVI 2021-57-L into the Proceeding for Case MVI 2021-13-L, filed with the OAH on October 1, 2021, was granted, and an Order Granting Petitioner’s Ex Parte Motion to Consolidate Cases was filed by the OAH on October 6, 2021. Petitioner’s Ex Parte Motion to Consolidate Case MVI 2021-63-L into the Proceeding for Cases MVI 2021-13-L, MVI 2021-17-L, MVI 2021-31-L, MVI 2021-48-L, MVI 2021-50-L, MVI 2021-55-L, and MVI 2021-57-L, filed with the OAH on October 13, 2021, was granted, and an Order Granting Petitioner’s Ex Parte Motion to Consolidate Cases was filed by the OAH on
November 2, 2021.
