Increases revenues in the State Emergency Medical Services account ($4,806,545), and appropriates same to the following accounts: Fire Emergency Medical Services Salaries and Wages ($1,165,446), Fire Emergency Medical Services Equipment ($371,091), and Retirement Benefits ($3,270,008), bringing the total appropriation to $21,984,337.
