NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the BOARD OF WATER SUPPLY, CITY AND COUNTY OF HONOLULU, will hold a PUBLIC HEARING in the Board Room, Public Service Building, 630 South Beretania Street, on Thursday, January 6, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. or soon thereafter, where all interested persons shall be afforded the opportunity of being heard, while complying with all directives from the Governor of the State of Hawaii and the Mayor of the City and County of Honolulu, on the adoption of the proposed Amendment to the Fiscal Year (FY) 2021-2022 Capital Improvement Program Budget of the Board of Water Supply for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2021 and ending June 30, 2022.
Information to be discussed at this public hearing will be made available online at www.boardofwatersupply.com. All comments on or suggested changes to the proposed Amended FY 2021-2022 Capital Improvement Program Budget of the Board of Water Supply should be filed in writing before the date of the public hearing or presented in person at the time of the hearing, via technically feasible methods complying with all directives from the Governor of the State of Hawaii and the Mayor of the City and County of Honolulu. Persons wishing to present oral testimony are requested to register by 1:00 p.m. on January 6, 2022, with Luella Paekukui, (808) 748-5176, by providing your name, phone number, and subject matter of testimony. Testimony is limited to three minutes and shall be presented by the registered speaker only.
