NOTICE
The following Ordinances passed Final Reading at the meeting held by the Council of the City and County of Honolulu on December 12, 2021 and were subsequently approved by the Mayor:
Ordinance 21-32 [Bill 39 (2021), CD2] – Relating to real property taxation.
AYES: Cordero, Elefante, Fukunaga, Kia’aina, Say, Tsuneyoshi, Tulba, Tupola, Waters – 9.
Ordinance 21-33 [Bill 40 (2021), CD2, FD1] – Relating to the transient accommodations tax.
AYES: Cordero, Elefante, Kia’aina, Say, Tupola, Waters – 6.
NOES: Fukunaga, Tsuneyoshi, Tulba – 3.
The following Ordinance passed Final Reading at the meeting held by the Council of the City and County of Honolulu on December 12, 2021 and was returned December 15, 2021, without signature by the Mayor; therefore, pursuant to the City Charter became a duly enacted ordinance:
Ordinance 21-34 [Bill 34 (2021), CD2] – Relating to commercial activities at public parks.
AYES: Cordero, Elefante, Fukunaga, Kia’aina, Tsuneyoshi, Tulba, Tupola, Waters – 8.
NOES: Say – 1.
