Prohibits the use of glyphosate-based pesticides by the County or its contractors in County parks and facilities listed in Section 15-68.1 of the Hawai’i County Code, effective July 1, 2022. Provides certain exemptions, including the Hilo Municipal Golf Course, Hilo Drag Strip, and County cemeteries.
