REQUEST FOR GRANT PROPOSALS
The City and County of Honolulu’s Department of Community Services, through the Department of Budget and Fiscal Services Purchasing Division, is seeking proposals from nonprofit and public agencies to make use of funds from the City’s Affordable Housing Fund (“AHF”).
Proposed projects must make use of AHF funds to maintain, provide, and/or expand affordable rental housing for households earning sixty percent (60%) or below of the area median income for the City and County of Honolulu as determined by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.

Applications must be submitted to the Office of the Division of Purchasing, Department of Budget & Fiscal Services, City Hall Room 115, 530 South King Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813 by the date and time stated in the RGP, as may be amended.
