PUBLIC NOTICE
INTENTION TO DISPOSE
Pursuant to Chapters 171-16(d) and 171-53(b), Hawaii Revised Statutes, the Board of Land and Natural Resources hereby gives notice of its intent to dispose of reclaimed lands located at Kuau, Hamakuapoko, Maui, directly to the abutting private landowner without recourse to public auction. The disposition will be in the form of a 55-year, non-exclusive easement to Sea & Believe LLC for seawall purposes.
