STATE OF HAWAI’I DEPARTMENT OF LAND AND NATURAL RESOURCE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED LAND USE WITHIN THE CONSERVATION DISTRICT The Department of Land and Natural Resources (DLNR), State of Hawaii, pursuant to Section 13-5-40, Hawaii Administrative Rules, will hold a public hearing via Webinar on: Wednesday, October 13, 2021 at 5pm To receive testimony on Conservation District Use Application (CDUA) HA-3880 for the Caltech Submillimeter Observatory Decommissioning project located in Ka’ohe, Hamakua, Hawai’i, Tax Map Key: (3) 4-4-015:009. A copy of the CDUA is available for inspection on the Office of Conservation and Coastal Lands’ website, . Any person may testify or present information on the application. There are 2 ways to participate: online via internet and by written testimony. Online: Persons can present live oral testimony and pose questions via internet during the online public hearing. To participate you will need a computer with internet access and microphone.
