HOME INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIPS (HOME) PROGRAM

Pursuant to the City and County of Honolulu’s (City) Citizen Participation Plan, the proposed amendments to the City’s Twenty-Third (23rd) Year Action Plan are provided for your information. The City desires to reprogram Fiscal Year 2018 funds to projects that can utilize the funds immediately in order to achieve HOME goals more efficiently and expediently. The City is also publishing a corrected amount on an award previously noticed for the Twenty-Fifth Year Action Plan that was originally published in the Star Advertiser on April 16, 2021. The proposed revisions to the Fiscal Year 2018 and correction to the Fiscal Year 2020 HOME projects are provided for your information and use.

Fiscal Year 2018 (Twenty-Third (23rd) Year Action Plan)

Hawaiian Community Development Board – Hale Makana o Uluwehi
Project Description: Grant funds for the redevelopment/rehabilitation of 80 existing transitional apartments into 40 two-bedroom apartments. HOME funds will be utilized to rehabilitate improved real property eligible under 24 CFR §92.206.
