ADOPTION OF AMENDMENTS TO SECTION 8 HOUSING CHOICE VOUCHER EMERGENCY ADMINISTRATIVE RULES RELATING TO THE COVID-19 EMERGENCY BY THE HAWAII PUBLIC HOUSING AUHORITY Pursuant to sections 91-3 and 91-4, Hawaii Revised Statutes, the Hawaii Public Housing Authority (HPHA) hereby provides notice that it adopted amendments to the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Emergency Rules Relating to the COVID-19 Emergency on June 9, 2021 as follows: Extended Housing Assistance Payment contract rules; and, established over occupancy rules which allow for the addition of household members. These amended Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Emergency Rules Relating to the COVID-19 Emergency were filed with the Lieutenant Governor on June 28, 2021 and are effective until September 4, 2021.
