COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM
Pursuant to the City and County of Honolulu’s (City) Citizen Participation Plan, the proposed amendment to the City’s Twenty-Sixth (26th) Year Action Plan is provided for your information. The City desires to reprogram Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Administrative funds from the Department of Budget and Fiscal Services to the Department of Community Services. The proposed revisions to the CDBG projects are provided for your information and use.
