DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Pursuant to Section 658D(b)(1)(C) of the Child Care and Development Block Grant Act of 2014 (Public Law 113-186), notice is hereby given that the Department of Human Services (DHS) will hold a public hearing to provide an opportunity for the public to comment on the provisions of child care services under the State Plan for the Child Care and Development Fund for Federal Fiscal Years 2022-2024. There are two ways to participate in the public hearing: online via the internet or by telephone, or by written testimony. All interested persons are invited to attend the virtual hearing and present relevant information to the proposed State Plan either orally or in writing for the department to consider. The public hearing will be held on: Thursday, June 10, 2021, 9:30 a.m. Online: Persons may present live video/oral testimony via internet or telephone during the online public hearing. To participate, you will need either a computer with internet access, video camera, and microphone, or a telephone.
