PUBLIC NOTICE COUNTY OF HAWAI`I SELECTION OF 8 PROJECT-BASED VOUCHER PROPOSAL Notice is hereby given that the Office of Housing and Community Development (OHCD), Existing Housing Division (EHD) pursuant to 24 CFR § 983 announces the selection of West View Developments, LLC, Owner, Honua’ula, LLC, Developer for the Honua’ula Living Community, located in North Kona. The proposal was evaluated and selected by the Office of Housing and Community Development (OHCD), Existing Housing Division (EHD) based on a previous competition for a Federal Housing Program and on its merits to expand housing and economic opportunities in a HUD-designated Economic Opportunity Zone. The OHCD will make available to the public and any interested party its documents for one month after this notice at the Office of Housing and Community Development, Monday through Friday, 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. except holidays. The OHCD will not make available sensitive owner information that is privileged, such as financial statements and similar information about the owner. Reproduction of allowable documents will be $.25 per page.
