REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

The City and County of Honolulu’s Department of Community Services (DCS) through its Department of Budget and Fiscal Services – Purchasing Division, requests proposals from qualified agencies for the lease of real property located in Kunia, Hawaii and identified as Tax Map Key No. (1) 9-4-146:007 for the purpose of developing a childcare day care center with option to include a daycare for adults. Selection of organizations to lease the properties and the lease are subject to the approval of the City Council.

A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on January 7, 2021 via the Zoom online platform. Interested offerors must go to Zoom.com, click on “Join a Meeting” and enter in Meeting ID: 964 1336 9656 and complete the registration process. Registrants will receive an e-mail that contains links and information on joining the meeting by either phone or video conference. Attendees are highly encouraged to register at least 24 hours before the start of the meeting.
