SUPPLEMENTAL PROCLAMATION WHEREAS, the proclamation, issued on May 15, 2020, declared the upcoming elections and included a statement concerning the places of deposit for the County of Kaua’i; WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 11-109, Hawai’i Revised Statutes, the Clerk of the County may designate and provide for Places of Deposit; WHEREAS, the Office of the County Clerk will designate additional Places of Deposit on the island of Kaua’i for the 2020 General Election; NOW, THEREFORE, I, Jade K.
