NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED LAND USE WITHIN THE
CONSERVATION DISTRICT
The Department of Land and Natural Resources (DLNR), State of Hawai’i, pursuant to the Hawai’i Administrative Rules, §13-5-40, will hold a public hearing via Webinar on:
Thursday, October 22, 2020 at 5 pm

to receive testimony on Conservation District Use Application (CDUA) MA-3870 for After the Fact Public Purpose Recreational Use located at Kihei, Maui, Tax Map Key: (2) 3-8-005:003. The CDUA may be reviewed at the Office of Conservation and Coastal Lands website: dlnr.hawaii.gov/occl/current-applications.
Any person may testify or present information on the application. The general public may present live oral testimony via the webinar link above; mail written testimony to the Office of Conservation and Coastal Lands at P.O. Box 621, Honolulu, HI 96809; or email testimony to kimberly.mills@hawaii.gov.
