EMERGENCY SOLUTIONS GRANTS (ESG) PROGRAM
Pursuant to the City and County of Honolulu’s (City) Citizen Participation Plan, the proposed amendments to the City’s Twenty-Third (23rd) Year Action Plan are provided for your information. The City desires to reprogram Fiscal Year (FY) 2018 funds to projects that can utilize the funds immediately, in order to achieve ESG program goals more efficiently and expediently . The proposed revisions to the FY 2018
ESG projects are provided for your information and use.
AWARD REDUCTION OF $5,359.65
Alternative Structures International – Rapid Re-Housing,
Project Description: Financial assistance, housing relocation and stabilization services for persons who are homeless (rapid re-housing).
Funding Source: ESG

$134,009.55)

Homeless Management Information System (HMIS)
Project Description: For the management and maintenance of HMIS.
Funding Source: ESG
Proposed Amount: $35,359.65 (originally $30,000.00)
