The Agency has received a request for a public information meeting on the following certificate of need application: #19-14A for administrative review from Mastercare, Inc. for the establishment of home health agency services at 395 Kilauea Ave., Unit B3, Hilo, HI, at a capital cost of $49,900. The meeting will be held March 11, 2020, 1:00 p.m., at the Environmental Health Facility, EH Conference Room, 1582 Kamehameha Avenue, Hilo, HI. Certificate applications are reviewed according to the following criteria: relation to the state health services and facilities plan, need and accessibility, quality, cost and finances, relation to the existing health care system, and availability of resources.
