TO: Survivors of DANIEL DIAL and the Personal Representative in the Estate of DANIEL DIAL: Claimant filed an appeal to the Labor and Industrial Relations Appeal Board on October 4, 2011 and Employer filed a cross appeal on October 10, 2011 in regards to the Director of Labor and Industrial Relations’ Decision dated September 20, 2011. Attorney filed an appeal on May 11, 2012 from the Director’s Decision dated May 8, 2012. Claimant died on February 2, 2012. To date, no court-appointed legal representative of Claimant’s estate has appeared in these appeals.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that trial in these appeals will be held on May 5, 2020 at 9:00 a.m., at the Board, 830 Punchbowl Street, Room 404, Honolulu, Hawaii.
The parties are further notified that the Board intends to dismiss the appeal(s) and/or impose other sanctions as appropriate if Appellant(s) or Cross-Appellant fails to timely appear for the trial.
