NOTICE OF INTENTION TO DISMISS
TO: Survivors of MOSES K. NAPEAHI and the Personal Representative in the Estate of MOSES K. NAPEAHI: Claimant filed an appeal to the Labor and Industrial Relations Appeal Board on June 24, 2002, in case AB 2002-289(H), 1-00-00758; and on September 24, 2003 in case AB 2003-460(H), 1-01-00873. Claimant died on May 2, 2014. To date, no court-appointed legal representative of Claimant’s estate has appeared in either appeal.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Claimant’s appeals may be dismissed, unless by May 12, 2020, an appearance is made by (1) a court-appointed personal representative or special administrator of Claimant’s estate or (2) a party with legal standing to participate in these cases in the absence of a court-appointed legal representative. Extensions by the Board may be granted upon good cause shown or at the discretion of the Board.
