EMERGENCY SOLUTIONS GRANTS (ESG) PROGRAM

Pursuant to the City and County of Honolulu’s (City) Citizen Participation Plan, the proposed amendments to the City’s Twenty-Third (23rd) and Twenty-Fifth (25th) Year Action Plans are provided for your information. The City desires to reprogram Fiscal Year 2018 and Fiscal Year 2020 funds to projects that can utilize the funds immediately, in order to achieve ESG program goals more efficiently and expediently. The proposed revisions to the Fiscal Year 2018 ESG and Fiscal Year 2020 projects are provided for your information and use.

Fiscal Year 2018 (Twenty-Third (23rd) Year Action Plan)

United States Veterans Initiative – Emergency Shelters for Homeless Veterans
Project Description: Emergency shelter operations for homeless veterans.
Funding Source: City funds
Proposed Amount: $137,107.95 (originally $150,000.00 City funds)
