Section 1. Chapter 15 of the ROH 1990, as amended, is hereby further amended in the following particulars:

a. By amending Schedule I of Sec. 15-6.2(a) establishing traffic signals (City) by adding thereto the following item:

“Halawa Valley St-Iwaiwa St.”

b. By amending Schedule V of Sec. 15-7.2(b)(3) establishing speed limit–25 mph in the following particulars:

1. By amending thereto the following items:

Auwaiolimu St., from Lusitana St. to Whiting St.; to read:

“Auwaiolimu St., from Lusitana St. to Nehoa St.”

2. By deleting therefrom the following item:

“Auwaiolimu St., between Nehoa and Hookui Sts., when children are present.”

c. By amending Schedule VI of Sec. 15-7.2(c) establishing speed limit–30 mph by deleting therefrom the following item:

“Auwaiolimu St., from Whiting St. to Nehoa St., except for portions specified in Schedule V.”

d. By amending Schedule XIV of Sec. 15-11.3 establishing stop intersections in the following particulars:

1. By adding thereto the following items:

“Aiea Kai Wy. (northern approach)-Aiea Kai Wy. (Pearl Harbor Bike Path). Traffic on Aiea Kai Wy. (northern approach) shall stop before entering Aiea Kai Wy. (Pearl Harbor Bike Path).”

“Aiea Kai Wy. (southern approach)-Aiea Kai Wy. (Pearl Harbor Bike Path). Traffic on Aiea Kai Wy. (southern approach) shall stop before entering Aiea Kai Wy. (Pearl Harbor Bike Path).”

“S. Kainalu Dr-Kailua Rd. Traffic on S. Kainalu Dr. shall stop before entering Kailua Rd.”

“Waipahu St. (southern leg)-Waipahu St. Traffic on Waipahu St. (southern leg) shall stop before entering Waipahu St.”

2. By deleting therefrom the following item:

“Iwaiwa St-Halawa Valley St. Traffic on Iwaiwa St. shall stop before entering Halawa Valley St.”

e. By amending Schedule XXII of Sec. 15-14.5(a) establishing prohibited parking certain areas in the following particulars:

1. By adding thereto the following items:

“Cleghorn St., both sides, for its entire length.”

“Kapili St., both sides, for its entire length.”

2. By deleting therefrom the following items:

“Cleghorn St., makai side, distance 99′ Ewa direction from the Koko Head curb prolongation Kapili St.”

“Cleghorn St., makai side, distance 90′ Koko Head direction from the Koko Head curb prolongation Kaiulani Ave.”

“Cleghorn St., makai side, between Kapili St. and Liliuokalani Ave.”

“Cleghorn St., mauka side, for its entire length.”

“Halawa Valley St., within its turnaround area.”

“Kapili St., Ewa side, entire length.”

“Kapili St., Koko Head side, distance 86′ makai direction from mauka curb prolongation Tusitala St.”

“Kapili St., Koko Head side, distance 40′ mauka direction from intersection Cleghorn St.”

“Waipio Uka St., western side, distance 50′ northerly direction from the northern curb prolongation of Mohalu St.”

f. By amending Schedule XXIV of Sec. 15-15.1(d) curb loading zones subsection (a) passenger loading zones by deleting therefrom the following items:

“Keanu St., makai side, distance 120′ Koko Head direction from point 200′ Koko Head of Koko Head curb prolongation Hunakai St., 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., school days.”

“Keanu St., makai side, distance 63′ Koko Head direction from a point 50′ Koko Head of the Koko Head curb prolongation of Hunakai St., 7:00 to 8:30 a.m., school days only.”

“Victoria St., Ewa side, for distance 22′ makai direction from 4′ makai of makai corner driveway of 1314 Victoria St.”

g. By amending Schedule XXVI of Sec. 15-16.1 establishing time limit parking by amending thereto the following items:

Kaimuki Ave., makai side, between Kapiolani Blvd. and Kapahulu Ave., 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday to Saturday except Sundays and State Holidays.; to read:

“Kaimuki Ave., both sides, between Kapiolani Blvd. and Kapahulu Ave., 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday to Saturday except Sundays and State Holidays.”

Victoria St., both sides, between King and Kinau Sts., 7:00 a.m.to 6:00 p.m., Monday to Saturday except Sundays and State Holidays; to read:

“Victoria St., both sides, between S. King St. and its terminus (H-1 Freeway makai end), 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday to Saturday except Sundays and State holidays.”

h. By amending Schedule XXVII of Sec. 15-17.1 by adding thereto the following item:

“Aiea Kai Wy., 10′ wide, centerline 135′ south of the southern curb prolongation of Aiea Kai Pl.”

i. By amending Schedule XXX of Sec. 15-22.1(a) establishing parking meter zones by amending thereto the following items:

Kaimuki Ave., makai side, between Kapiolani Blvd and Kapahulu Ave.; to read:

“Kaimuki Ave., both sides, between Kapiolani Blvd. and Kapahulu Ave.”

Victoria St., both sides, between King and Kinau Sts; to read:

“Victoria St., both sides, between S. King St. and its terminus (H-1 Freeway makai end).”

j. By amending Schedule XXXVIII of Sec. 15-24.17 establishing miscellaneous traffic controls by adding thereto the following item:

“Waipahu St., between Hapawalu Pl. and Hianakiu St., the speed limit shall be 20 mph when light is flashing, school days only.”

Section 2. This schedule is hereby attached to and made a part of Article VI hereof and shall take effect ten (10) working days after its publication.
