DESIGN-BUILD FINANCE OPERATE AND MAINTAIN (DBFOM) CONTRACT
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS NO. RFP-HRT-1900055
The Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation (HART) and the City and County of Honolulu (City) are soliciting sealed proposals for the Honolulu Rail Transit Project’s City Center Guideway and Stations/Pearl Highlands Design-Build Finance Operate and Maintain (DBFOM) Contract.
A non-mandatory PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE will be held on October 15, 2018 at 1:30 p.m. (HST) at 1099 Alakea Street, Suite 150, Honolulu, HI 96813.
SEALED QUALIFICATIONS PROPOSALS responding to Request for Proposals are due no later than 2:00 p.m., Hawai’i Standard Time (HST) on December 21, 2018 at the HART Project Office, 1099 Alakea Street, Suite 1700, Honolulu, Hawai’i, 96813.
