LETTER OF INTEREST AND QUALIFICATION
The State of Hawai’i, Department of Transportation, Airports Division is seeking a well qualified and experienced entity to operate the Food and Beverage Concessions (“Concession”) at Ellison Onizuka Kona International Airport at Keahole (KOA) and at Hilo International Airport (ITO).
The selected entity will be required to operate from the existing facilities at KOA and ITO, and may be allowed to add other locations within each airport to provide services to travelers and/or employees.
In addition to directly operating the Concession, the selected entity will be required to include an Airport Concession Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE) entity to operate a portion of the Concession as a sub-concessionaire. If the selected entity is an ACDBE, no sub-concessionaire will be required.
