The COUNCIL OF THE CITY AND COUNTY OF HONOLULU at its meeting held on August 15, 2018, passed the following bills on Second Reading by the votes indicated:
Bill 1 (2017), CD1 – To adopt the revised Koolau Loa Sustainable Communities Plan.

3 NOES: Elefante, Martin, Ozawa.
Bill 50 (2018) – Amending Ordinance 18-6, relating to regulating for an interim period the issuance of building permits for the planning and development of large residential structures in residential districts.
