Section 1. Chapter 15 of the ROH 1990, as amended, is hereby further amended in the following particulars:

a. By amending Schedule I of Sec. 15-6.2(a) establishing traffic signals (City) by adding thereto the following item:

“Aiea Hgts. Dr-Hakina St-Honohono St-Ulune St.”

b. By amending Schedule V of Sec. 15-7.2(b)(3) establishing speed limit–25 mph by adding thereto the following items:

“Hauula Homestead Rd., for its entire length.”

“Malamalama St., for its entire length.”

“Opo Pl., for its entire length.”

c. By amending Schedule XI of Sec. 15-8.3(b) establishing no turns by amending thereto the following item:

Meheula Parkway. No “U” turn from Meheula Parkway at the median break located approximately 800′ mauka of Kamehameha Hwy. from mauka bound to makai bound direction, large trucks and buses only; to read:

“Meheula Parkway. No “U” turn from Meheula Parkway at the median break located approximately 800′ mauka of Kamehameha Hwy. in both directions, large trucks and buses only.”

d. By amending Schedule XIII of Sec. 15-11.2(c) by adding thereto the following item:

“Aiea Hgts. Dr-Ulune St. Traffic on Aiea Hgts. Dr. shall yield the right-of-way to traffic on Ulune St. (western most intersection).”

e. By amending Schedule XIV of Sec. 15-11.3 establishing stop intersections by adding thereto the following items:

“Anoi Rd-Keaahala Rd. Traffic on Anoi Rd. shall stop before entering Keaahala Rd.”

“Awiki St-Lanikuhana Ave. Traffic on Awiki St. shall stop before entering Lanikuhana Ave.”

“Halai St-Hauula Homestead Rd. Traffic on Halai St. shall stop before entering Hauula Homestead Rd.”

“Hauula Homestead Rd-Kamehameha Hwy. Traffic on Hauula Homestead Rd. shall stop before entering Kamehameha Hwy.”

“Kuahiwi Ave-Olive Ave. Traffic on Kuahiwi Ave. shall stop before entering Olive Ave.”

“Lanikuhana Ave-Nape Pl. Traffic on Nape Pl. shall stop before entering Lanikuhana Ave.”

“Lanikuhana Ave-Opo Pl. Traffic on Opo Pl. shall stop before entering Lanikuhana Ave.”

“Malamalama St-Kukulu St. Traffic on Malamalama St. shall stop before entering Kukulu St.”

“Malamalama St-Luakalai St. Traffic on Malamalama St. shall stop before entering Luakalai St.”

“Milikana Pl-Olive Ave. Traffic on Milikana Pl. shall stop before entering Olive Ave.”

“Uilama St-N. Kainalu Dr. Traffic on Uilama St. shall stop before entering N. Kainalu Dr.”

“Wiliko St-Ulune St. Traffic on Wiliko St. shall stop before entering Ulune St.”

f. By amending Schedule XXII of Sec. 15-14.5(a) establishing prohibited parking certain areas in the following particulars:

1. By adding thereto the following items:

“Hele St., northern side, distance 80′ easterly direction from the eastern curb prolomgation of Liku St.”

“Hele St., western side, distance 110′ northerly direction from the northern curb prolongation of Kina St.”

“Hele St., eastern side, distance 60′ southerly direction from the southern curb prolongation of Kina St.”

“Kapunahala Rd., western side, distance 459′ southerly direction from Anoi Rd.”

“Kapunahala Rd., eastern side, distance 500′ northerly direction from a point 82′ north of the northern curb prolongation of Keneke St.”

“Malamalama St., western side, distance 265′ southerly direction from a point 175′ south of the southern curb prolongation of Luakalai St.”

“Olive Ave., both sides, between Kamehameha Hwy. and Muliwai Ave.”

“Ukee St., western side, distance 175′ southerly direction from a point 270′ south of the southern curb prolongation of Ka Uka Blvd.”

2. By amending thereto the following item:

Lilipuna Rd., Kahuku (northern) leg, Makapuu (southern) side, distance 70′ makai (easterly) direction from the makai curb prolongation of Kamehameha Hwy.; to read:

“Lilipuna Rd., (northern) leg, southern side, distance 175′ easterly direction from the eastern curb prolongation of Kamehameha Hwy.”

3. By deleting therefrom the following items:

“Olive Ave., Honolulu side, between Cypress Ave. and Kamehameha Hwy.”

“Olive Ave., Honolulu side, between Walker Ave. and Muliwai St.”

“Olive Ave., Waialua side, between Walker Ave. and Kamehameha Hwy.”

“Olive Ave., north side, between Walker Ave. and east end of Olive Ave.”

g. By amending Schedule XXV of Sec. 15-15.3(d) establishing official bus stops by adding thereto the following items:

“Ukee St., western side, distance 130′ southerly direction from the southern curb prolongation of Ka Uka Blvd.”

“Ukee St., western side, distance 90′ southerly direction from a point 60′ north of the northern curb prolongation of Oli Lp (southern intersection).”

“Ukee St., western side, distance 120′ northerly direction from a point 90′ north of the northern curb prolongation of Waipio Uka St.”

“Ukee St., eastern side, distance 185′ northerly direction from the northern curb prolongation of Waipio Uka St.”

h. By amending Schedule XXXIV of Sec. 15-18.3(c) establishing bicycle lanes by adding thereto the following item:

“Meheula Parkway, both sides, between Hookelewaa St. and Kamehameha Hwy. and between Kamehameha Highway and Lanikuhana Ave.”

i. By amending Schedule XXXVIII of Sec. 15-24.17 establishing miscellaneous traffic controls by adding thereto the following items:

“Kahala Ave. Bridge, between Koloa and Pueo Sts., shall have a weight limit of 24 tons.”

“Ulune St., east bound traffic in the southern most lane must turn right at Aiea Hgts. Dr. (western most intersection).”

“Ulune St., northern side, between Kaamilo St. and Aiea High School’s western most driveway, must back (reverse) into marked parking stalls.”

Section 2. This schedule is hereby attached to and made a part of Article VI hereof and shall take effect ten (10) working days after its publication.
