FUNDED BY THE FEDERAL TRANSIT ADMINISTRATION
FOR FFYs 2020, 2021, 2022
Pursuant to Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations Part 26, participation by DBEs in the Department of Transportation Services financial assistance programs, notice is hereby given that the City and County of Honolulu has proposed an overall DBE goal of 15.05 percent.
A description of how the goal was established is available for public inspection at http://www.honolulu.gov/dts or during the hours of 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, for a period of 30 days following the date of this notice at:
