NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Liquor Commission of the City and County of Honolulu, pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 281, Hawaii Revised Statutes, will hold a public hearing at the Pacific Park Plaza, 711 Kapiolani Boulevard, Suite 600, Honolulu, Hawaii, on Thursday, January 25, 2018, at 4:00 p.m., for the purpose of considering the applications for the transfer of liquor licenses set forth hereunder and any protests and objections to the granting thereof, which may be made by any registered voter for the area within 500 feet of the nearest point within which the licensed premises involved in the application are located.

Persons who wish to testify for or against the granting of a license may either testify in person at the Liquor Commission meeting or submit a written protest to the Administrator of the Commission three (3) working days prior to the date and time of the hearing.
